Fuel Policy

Customers are responsible for their own fuel consumption during the rental period. Each vehicle will be provided with a specific fuel level at the time of pickup.

Important: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level. Any difference will be charged to the customer along with a PKR 500 service fee.

Intercity Travel

For intercity rides, customers are required to pay an additional fee directly to the chauffeur to cover food and accommodation expenses during the journey.

E-Challan Policy

Our professional chauffeurs are responsible for covering any E-challan fees incurred due to traffic violations during the rental period.

Exception: If the customer explicitly instructs the chauffeur to exceed speed limits or break traffic rules, the customer will be held responsible for paying any resulting fines.

Rental Duration

12
Hours per Day

Chauffeur-driven rentals are valid for 12 hours per day. The rental period begins at the customer's booked time and ends at 12:00 AM (midnight).

Chauffeur Rest Policy

For the safety of all parties, our chauffeurs must be provided adequate rest during extended bookings.

Meal Breaks Required
Minimum 8 Hours Rest (per 24-hour period)

Customer Conduct

We value feedback and encourage customers to report any issues through proper channels.

Please Note: Customers may submit complaints about the chauffeur, vehicle, or service. However, customers may not reprimand or force the chauffeur to act against VRide's policies under any circumstances.

Geographic Restrictions

For safety and operational reasons, VRide vehicles are permitted to operate only within specific regions.

FATA & Northern Areas

Intercity Drop-Off Charges

For one-way intercity drop-offs, customers will be charged for the return journey fuel to ensure the vehicle can return to its base location.

Note: Return fuel charges are calculated based on the distance from the drop-off location to the vehicle's home city.
