1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VRide website (https://vriderental.com), mobile application, or any related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

VRide Rental ("we", "us", "our") is operated by ALI RAZA JAMI, doing business as VRide Rental, with registered address at ARC, 386/1-A, Opposite Libya Colony, Main G. T. Road, Salamatpura moor, Daroghawala, Lahore, Pakistan.

2. Service Description

VRide provides car rental and chauffeur-driven ride services in Pakistan. We connect customers with verified vehicle owners. All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Our services include:

Daily, weekly, and long-term car rentals
Chauffeur-driven and self-drive options
City-to-city and intercity travel
Tour packages

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. For self-drive bookings, you must hold a valid driving license and CNIC. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.

4. Booking, Payment & Pricing

All prices are in PKR. A booking is confirmed only after payment or advance dispatch and owner acceptance. You agree to pay the total amount as displayed at the time of booking, including any applicable taxes and fees.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy: 100% refund if cancelled 48+ hours before pickup; 90% for 24–48 hours; 70% for 12–24 hours; no refund for cancellations less than 4 hours before pickup. See our Refund Policies for full details.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our Service for any illegal purpose or to promote or sell illegal or restricted items. You may not misuse the platform, harass others, or violate any applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

VRide acts as an intermediary between customers and vehicle owners. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of rented vehicles beyond our control. Vehicle owners are responsible for vehicle condition and insurance.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes where appropriate.
