Currently, VRide operates in Lahore and major cities across Pakistan including Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Multan, Sialkot, Hyderabad, and Quetta.

Simply download the VRide app or visit our website, create your account, select your vehicle, choose the date and time, and confirm your booking. You will receive instant WhatsApp confirmation from the car owner.

We offer a range of cars — from economy sedans and hatchbacks to premium SUVs, vans, and luxury vehicles. All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, VRide Wallet, or cash at the time of vehicle pickup. All prices are in PKR.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking through the app before your trip starts. Refund policy applies: 100% refund if cancelled 48+ hours before pickup, 90% for 24-48 hours, 70% for 12-24 hours. No refund for cancellations less than 4 hours before pickup.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. The amount depends on the type of vehicle.

You must be at least 18 years old, have a valid CNIC and driving license (for self-drive), and provide security deposit and contact details.

Yes, you can book with a chauffeur only. The driver is responsible for any loss during the trip.

You can pick up your booked vehicle from our nearest station or the owner's location (subject to availability). Details are shared after booking confirmation.

A late return fee will be charged per hour after the scheduled return time. Please contact us if you need to extend your rental.

Yes, you can extend your rental from the app before your booking ends, subject to vehicle availability.

Verified vehicles on VRide are covered under comprehensive insurance policies. Please check individual vehicle details for coverage.
