Account Deletion Instructions

We respect your privacy. You can request deletion of your VRide account and associated personal data at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to request deletion

  1. Send us an email from your registered email address to customercare@vriderental.com with the subject Account Deletion Request.
  2. Include your full name and registered phone number in the email so we can verify ownership.
  3. We will verify your request and delete your account within 7 days, unless we are required to retain some information for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.

What will be deleted

What we may retain

Certain records may be retained where required by law (for example, transaction records, security logs, or data needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or comply with tax/regulatory obligations). Such data will be kept only for the minimum period permitted by applicable law and then securely deleted.
